We understand that vehicle issues don’t always come with advance warning, so we do our best to accommodate short-notice servicing and repairs whenever possible. Availability can vary depending on demand, so we recommend contacting your nearest branch directly or booking online as early as you can to secure a suitable slot.

The time required for a car service depends on the type of service your vehicle needs. A bronze and silver service typically take around 1–2 hours, while a Gold service (full or major service) may take 2–4 hours. If additional work is identified during the service, we’ll always contact you first to explain what’s needed and how long it will take before carrying out any additional work.

No. Elite Garages would never sell or fit part-worn tyres.

While part-worn tyres may appear cheaper, they often come with unknown wear, reduced lifespan and potential safety risks. We believe tyres are a critical safety component, which is why we only supply and fit new tyres that meet strict quality, performance and safety standards. Our team is always happy to help you find a new tyre option that suits both your vehicle and your budget.
